It was an excellent experience to work with Lee of Vital Inspections Plus+. Lee is very thorough, knowledgeable and his explanations are in plain English. Lee also recommended products for items that weren’t written in the home inspection report but will help with cleaning. An example was to use Tilex with Clorox to clean around the window . And he genuinely knows there is a lot for information being given in a short time span and will answer questions after the home inspection report is final.

He EXPLAINS what things are and how they work to his allowed ability and all around is just fun to be around. The convenience of payment and viewing the report online is HUGE. Lee provided a great experience from beginning to end. He was flexible with scheduling, quick in response, and his knowledge was very beneficial as we walked through our first home inspection. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us tips and tricks for taking care of a home as new home owners, was patient and also efficient while being thorough. We received our written report the next day with pictures, which is great for a reference going forward. Highly recommend

As first time RV owners, we contacted Lee needing help setting up our propane. He was quick to respond, fit us in his schedule, and help with everything we needed! He is very trustworthy and genuine. He fixed our stove that wasn't working and figured out what was happening with our propane tank. He showed us how to start the water heater and gave us additional tips for our new RV. There was no concern for overpricing or anything like that, that can come with someone handling mechanical things for you. Very positive experience!

We reached out to Lee prior to purchasing a new RV. We live 6 hrs from the dealership and couldn't make multiple trips to look at/purchase so we hired Lee to be our boots on the ground. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We received a detailed report with pictures of everything. There were a couple minor things missed in the inspection, but we are very happy overall. Before scheduling he took the time to walk us through the entire process and provided a sample report so we knew what to expect.

Called Lee to see if he could do an inspection on an RV I was thinking about purchasing. Lee was able to do the inspection within days of my request. He spent several hours on the inspection. I fly in and arrive as he was finishing. He walked me through the coach and shared most of his findings good and bad. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Called Lee on Friday afternoon requesting an inspection after our travel trailer was knocked off its jack stand at a local tire shop.Lee confirmed an appointment the next day at 1:00PM.He arrived on time and ready to work in the rain and wet conditions. He crawled under the camper taking pictures and describing to me what damage he was looking for.He performed an inspection and detailed his findings in a 22-page report.We feel very confident with his findings and follow-up considerations.Highly recommend Lee for a pre-purchase or after incident inspection.

I found Lee through the NRVIA Inspector Locator. We were purchasing a new RV from a dealer that was located about 3 hours away from our home. In the past when we purchased an RV we would go through the walk through portion of the sale and hope that the dealership had done their due diligence when getting the RV ready to deliver. On the last 3 RV purchases that didn't work out so well. This time it was a completely different experience. When I called Lee he answered his phone immediately (he also did so everytime I called). He took the time to inform me exactly what the process was going to be from start to finish. He found 2 issues that were considered major that the dealer repaired prior to us taking delivery of our new RV. It made the whole process of buying an RV a very pleasant experience. This is our 6th new RV to date and we highly recommend the process of an inspection prior to purchase. We also highly recommend Lee. He is very thorough and is great at explaining the issues he finds. His inspection report is incredible! Thank you Lee!!!

Lee from Vital home Inspections is a great guy and a very good inspector. I have bought and sold lots of properties and I can say that Lee is one of the better inspectors I have worked with. Lee is very detailed and focused on letting the home buyer know everything, and the severity of the issue, not just find everything and dome and gloom. He also provided excellent information on property maintenance as we completed the inspection. Over all this was a great experience and because Lee is very personable very fun. - Nick

Could not have asked for a better inspector as a first-time home buyer and young woman going about it entirely by myself. Lee is personable, responsive, affordable, and puts such care into his work and consideration for safety and efficiency that I'd trust him for any inspection in the future. He's able to answer your questions in a way that you can understand them even if you know nothing about being a homeowner or working with electrical, foundations, plumbing, HVAC, literally anything. He also welcomed me having my dad along for my comfort (though not necessary in hindsight- Lee was phenomenal), which I know some inspectors might consider a nuisance. I could sing a million more praises, but main point: if you're on the fence, choose to hop onto Lee's side. You won't regret it.

Being a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with every aspect of the process to say the least. I cant say enough great things about Lee. Quick as can be getting my inspection on the schedule around the holidays and incredibly thorough. He took his time and explained everything we were looking at as well as maintenance schedules for certain areas of the home. By the time I got the report I was confident in the home I was purchasing and my ability to maintain my investment.
